UL 1581 Semi Rigid PVC compound 90A Hardness Wearproof for Wire and Cable free-flowing granules

The performance of SR-PVC is higher than that of PVC, the difference of those are

1.Polymerization degree of SR-PVC is higher than PVC, so its mechanical performance is better

2.UL1581, Tensile strength of SR-PVC is 3000lbf/in2, which is double of normal PVC

3.Hardness: SR-PVC is very hard, about 90A, PVC is 75-85A, so SR-PVC is more wearproof than PVC

4.Touchness: Relatively SR-PVC is rough and PVC is smoother. This is because of differenct hardness

5. Temperature during extruding is different, SR-PVC is 10 degrees higher than that of PVC.

6. Speed during extruding is different: the speed of SR-PVC is faster than that of PVC also because of high hardness of SR-PVC

6.Burning phenomenon is different, SR-PVC flame left out immediately, PVC extinguish after 3-4S

7 Price is different, SR-PVC is more expensive than PVC

7. Transportation and Storage:

This kind of product in the transportation should not be weathered, should be stored in a clean, cool, dry and ventilated warehouse , storage period is from the date for a year.

8.Factory Introduction:

Our factory is located in Shangyou industrial zone, Shangyou country,Ganzhou city,Jiangxi province, and setting up sales office and warehouse in Dongguan city. The new and standard factory is built on 40,000 sq. mtr with a total annual capacity of approximately 10,000 tons of various products,covers 2 flame retardant production-line, 7 cable filler yarn production-line,32 twisted machine, with full modernization of testing equipment. All of the products can be exported freely.
